  • Aromatic Salt Glow

    A deeply luxurious treatment using a blend of mineral sea salts and essential oils applied in circular motions that cleanses, exfoliates and invigorates the skin. The aroma salt replenishes lost minerals in the skin and leaves it feeling velvety soft. This is followed by a relaxing massage using an aromatic moisturizing cream.

    Ice and fire brings you to a state of deep relaxation using heated smooth Icelandic lava stones hand-picked from the famous Snæfellsnes glacier followed by cool white marble stones. The massage provides a number of therapeutic benefits such as an increase of blood circulation and stimulation of the body's metabolism and at the same time a decrease in pain, tension, inflammations or swelling. The combination of pressure, heat and coolness releases muscular tension, relaxes the joints and balances the whole energetic system of the body.

  • MobilFlex

    MobilFlex

    MobilFlex is a treatment developed from selected specific techniques of Manual Therapy, Thai massage, Yumeiho massage and passive movements of body parts.

    It is used to help prevent injuries, to prepare the body for activity and maintain it in optimal condition, and to help to recover from workouts and injuries.

    It helps to warm up the muscles, stretching them and making them flexible. It stimulates the flow of blood and nutrients to the muscles, reduces muscle tension, loosens the muscles, and produces a feeling of psychological readiness.
    Treatment includes moving joints in specific directions and at different speeds to regain movement (joint mobilization and manipulation), muscle stretching, passive movements of the affected body parts.

    Skilled hand movements intended to produce any or all of the following effects: improve tissue extensibility, increase the range of motion of the joint complex, mobilize or manipulate soft tissues and joints, induce relaxation, change muscle function, modulate pain and reduce soft tissue swelling, inflammation or movement restriction.

    The customer is fully dressed (comfortable clothes) during the treatment.
    The treatment is 25 minutes long.
